A Recruitment procedure at FDI is efficient and quick.Following are the procedure of selection and deployment


  • Preapproval release from labor Dept.

    After receiving the five required documents including demand letter from the employer company will submitted in labor Department of Nepal for pre-labor approval .The department of labor analyze the documents and release the pre-labor approval for the further processing.

    The approved five required documents which is received from labor department of Nepal is published in national daily news paper for collecting documents.Future Dream International Pvt.Ltd.(FDI) also can use different source like internet ,SMS,telephone etc.to collect documents for visa processing .The documents are either collected through direct candidates or through concern marketing executive.

    Candidate interview & selection

    First we collect documents of potential candidate with full information on their skill education & technical .FDI will short list the candidate for pre interview. During the pre interview all the candidates can appear interview on the basis of their Merit .The final interview for the short listed candidates will be conducted by the employer himself or his representative by taking oral,written and practical test.If the employer or his representative is not available then FDI arrange to take online interview through viber,skype,IMO,watsup or telephonic interview.

    After selection of candidates FDI will published the final list on their notice board and also inform to all candidates through SMS or telephone.FDI is totally dedicated to provide prompt information on time.

    Medical Check up

    FDI will send all the selected candidates for their full medical examination in government authorized Medical center.The candidates who are physically and mentally fit are eligible to sign the employment contract and he/she shall be entitled to proceed for visa.

    Visa processing

    We send all the necessary documents as per requirement for the further visa processing like passport copy,photograph,medical report,experience certificate etc.to the employer.In the case of some countries these documents shall be send to the concern embassy.

    Orientation

    After receiving the offer letter or employment visa, all the candidates must attend the orientation classes in technical institute which is recognized by government of Nepal which provide full information about law and orders,immigration policy and religion of respective country.It helps to create awareness and make sound relation between employer and employee .Besides this we give full information about company,work place,job description etc.before flight.

    Final labor approval

    All the necessary documents like original passport,visa copy(Original if not issued online ),medical report,orientation certificate,insurance policy are submitted online and manually in labor department of Nepal for final approval and immigration clearance.Deppartment of labor analyzes the documents and provides final approval.Final approval validity will be two years.
